Holistic Silk Water Crystals

Directions:

  1. Place the crystals into a jug of water and watch the colours come alive.
  2. Leave to activate for 2 hours or a maximum of 2 days.
  3. Drink up to 80% of the water before topping up.
  4. You can repeat this for a maximum of 10 days, then clean your gems thoroughly by hand with a toothbrush in cold water.
    5. Mineralise!
